Third-party aircraft operators, payment providers, FBOs, ground handlers and other independent providers may process Personal Data under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

We may contact the passenger directly where reasonably required for regulatory, operational or privacy purposes.

Private aviation is inherently international.

Arranging an international journey may require Personal Data to be transferred from the UAE to aircraft operators, airports, handlers, authorities or service providers located in other jurisdictions.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, Elite Fly Aviation will seek to do so in accordance with applicable UAE data protection requirements and using appropriate safeguards where required.

Certain transfers may also be necessary to provide a service specifically requested by you or to comply with applicable aviation, immigration, security or legal requirements.

Personal Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, operational, dispute-resolution and record-retention requirements.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

When Personal Data is no longer required, we will seek to securely delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable requirements and our retention procedures.
